Synopsis	The author, like so many before him and since, wrote the manuscript for this book only to have it proceed no further than the publisher's 'slush pile'. Nothing daunted, and determined to be remembered by his great-grandchildren for having 'written a book', he decided to publish it himself. An Eye for I - A Bowls Fantasy revolves around Donald John White, a 60 year-old married man who takes up bowls on his retirement, and specifically to his set of bowls and what they do. To divulge this would be to reveal the main theme of the book, but suffice it to say that the dictionary definition of 'fantasy' as 'imagination unrestricted by reality' is very apt in this context!
